Arrival
New clients: Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete the required health form.
Returning clients: Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure your session starts on time. Arriving early helps you transition into a relaxed state and enhances your treatment.
Late Policy
We understand delays can happen. If you’re running late, please call or message us as soon as possible at 026 651 8050. We will do our best to accommodate you where possible. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full service fee will still apply, regardless of the shortened treatment time.
Deposit Policy (Online Bookings)
Online bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting us on 026 651 8050.
More than 24 hours’ notice: your deposit can be refunded minus the card processing fee.
(NZ cards: 2.65% + NZ$0.30 / International cards: 3.7% + NZ$0.30 / +2% if currency conversion applies)
This fee is charged and retained by the payment provider (e.g., Stripe), not by us.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: your 20% deposit will be forfeited (100% non-refundable).
No-show (no notice): the prepayment made prior to the treatment will not be refunded.
These policies are in place because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and short-notice changes are difficult to fill.
Gift Voucher Appointments
Less than 24 hours’ notice to reschedule: the gift voucher may be forfeited/void.
Same-Day Appointments
Appointments booked on the same day are considered confirmed. If cancelled, changed, or rescheduled after booking, the full treatment price will apply.
